Jessica A Serna, LE

Jessica was mesmerized at a young age with all things relating to beauty. This love fueled her passion to become a makeup artist and skin therapist.

Jessica began her training nearly a decade ago and received her Esthetics certification at Jenissa Beauty Academy, a Dermalogica partnership school, in Austin, Texas. 

Creating a flawless makeup look is what Jessica was born to do! Jessica mastered her artistry skills while representing Laura Mercier cosmetics. She had the privilege of working with Laura Mercier herself, and learned Laura's tricks of the trade.

That experience helped Jessica create a stunning look for Miss Teen USA 2002, Vanessa Semrow. This was Jessica's first TV job.

Jessica loves getting to know her clients. The Beauty Way, LLC allows her to give her clients one-on-one attention in a clean, peaceful setting. Helping her clients achieve their skin or beauty goals is the best part about her job! 

Jessica opened The Beauty Way, LLC in 2006. She lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband, James, and their "dog child" Saffron Joy.
